We have become aware that our phone provider is experiencing a few platform issues which is causing most inbound and outbound calls to fail to connect. If you are trying to reach Poppulo Support and can't reach us via the phone, we suggest submitting a ticket at poppulo.com/support and will follow up with you as soon as possible.

There is not a platform issue with either the Poppulo Email or Poppulo Signage products, we just wanted to let our clients know that reaching us by phone may be unreliable for the time being.
