A fix has been implemented for the Email Creation/Cloning Iissue and we are monitoring the results

Identified

We are currently experiencing an issue creating and cloning emails. Our development team are actively investigating the issue and and will try to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.

As a temporary workaround you can create a new Email in a new Folder. Which will bypass the creation/cloning issue.
