Monitoring
We are currently experiencing a delay in reporting which is caused by increased traffic on the Poppulo Platform.

The open and click reporting metrics may not be up to date. It may take a upto 2 hours to reflect the accurate figures.

As this appears to be an ongoing issue, our team is actively working to add more resources to resolve this issue.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing a delay in Test sends and reporting which is caused by increased traffic on the Poppulo Platform.

Due to the volume of Test sends currently in progress it could take up to 20 minutes for your test emails to start sending.

This will NOT affect Live sends as they are routed through different queues.

The open and click reporting metrics may not be up to date. It may take a upto an hour to reflect the accurate figures. As this appears to be an ongoing issue, our team is actively working to add more resources to resolve this issue.
